This course enhances your career development within the 'people profession' and has been approved by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), the UK’s HRM accrediting body, to prepare you for the Advanced level standards of the CIPD new profession map and to provide you with the knowledge and skills needed to pursue Chartered Membership of CIPD.
